There are several ways - both big and small - where you can make a big difference in the lives of our families. From collecting aluminum pull tabs to holding a Wish List drive to gather household items or honoring a loved one with a brick in our Walk of Love. We are grateful for your help!
The Ronald McDonald House of Danville welcomes community events organized by individuals, local organizations, schools, and businesses. The funds raised help to provide the necessary services and comforts for our families and campers. Events range from bake sales and car washes to golf tournaments. Whether you are considering a complex event or one that is simple to organize, we ask that you review our RMHD Fundraising Agreement. to assist you in planning your successful event!
Many donors choose to support our future through planned gifts. Planned gifts are typically made from assets in your estate rather than from disposable income and may come to fruition after your lifetime.
Wish List
Creating a home-like environment for our families and a fun camping experience requires many products and is another way to support our mission. We are always in need of numerous products for both our House, Camp Dost, and our Family Room.

Donations can be delivered to the Ronald McDonald House of Danville from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Monday through Sunday. Please contact our Program Supervisor/Volunteer Coordinator at 570-271-1792 to schedule large quantity donations.
Grab-a-Tab
Pulling together to support our families and campers has been the motto of the Danville Ronald McDonald House. Donors can collect the tabs from beverage, soup, dessert, pet food, or any other can. The color does not matter. The funds earned through recycling the tabs assist us with operational costs of our programs. We need your help in spreading the word. Please reach out to local groups and organizations to sponsor a tab collection in their area. A tab collection is a fun project for schools and other organizations and individuals to help the Danville Ronald McDonald House.
Tabs can be delivered to the House or to your nearest recycling center and the funds can be mailed to the Ronald McDonald House, Danville.
Host A Meal For Families
You can cater a meal for families staying at the House! Meal groups are welcome to cook in our kitchen or drop-off a meal. For more details, contact Molly Shaw, at [email protected] for more details.
Walk of Love
One step can begin a journey of honoring, remembering and helping families stay together, our Walk of Love can begin that journey for you. Donors may purchase a brick for $125.00 which will offer them three lines with fifteen characters per line inscription. The brick will be added to our ever-growing, Walk of Love family. Have an old vehicle that you don't know what to do with? You can donate it to the Ronald McDonald House of Danville.
How Does it Work?
Visit Careasy.org or call 855-426-2477 to set up a free pick up of your used vehicle. Be sure to specify that you would like the donation to go to the Ronald McDonald House of Danville. Someone will pick up your vehicle and tow it to the nearest auction location where it will be sold for the highest possible price.
